He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Bock and Johanna Bock; and his sister Mildred Bock. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Bock; his children, Lauren Norton (Jim), Gregory (Jennifer Kramer), Kristen and Jason; his grandchildren, Courtney and James; and his sister Evelyn Jones (Edd). He is also survived by extended family and had great times with his cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cherubini McInerney Funeral Home (1289 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (216 Jewett Ave, Staten Island, NY 10302).
