He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Angelina; his daughters, Lisa Egan and Doreen Belloni Owen; his son-in-law Michael Egan; his grandchildren, Michael Egan (Diana), John Owen and Lindsey Cortes (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Michael Egan, Matteo, Gianni Cortes and Bellani Egan.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Church (5411 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10312).
