He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Lockwood; his sons, Stephen and Jeffrey; his children-in-law, Millianne and Michelle; and his brother Russell Lockwood.

Gerry had a difficult battle with dementia and Parkinson's disease and is finally at rest.
