With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerardo Mazzone (Staten Island, New York), who passed away on May 21, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Filomena Trimarco and Antonietta. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michelina Ferrara, Dario, Angelomario, Vincenzo, Aldovino and Teodoro; his brother Luigi; his wife Rosalia; his children, Jerry Mazzone, Ester Mazzone Fracchiolla, Angelo Mazzone, Nicholas, Alyssa Mazzone and Nicole Fracchiolla; and his great grandchild James Mazzone.
The family of Gerardo kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of his lifelong commitment to supporting children battling cancer and their journey toward recovery.
