She was predeceased by: her husband Christopher Carrozza; and her son Frank Carrozza. She is survived by: her daughter Elisa Ziel; her grandchildren, Kurt C. Ziel, Jacquelynn Ziel, Christopher Carrozza and Carlo Carrozza; her daughter-in-law June Carrozza; and her close friends, Mary Doyle and Valerie Jacobson. She is also survived by mother and grandmother, and the love she gave her family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Trudy's name to the Addeo Hospice House, through Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital, where they gave compassionate care to Trudy in her final days.
