She was predeceased by : her parents, George Lawlor and Grace Montreale Lawlor; her sister Carol Lawlor; her husband Carmine Cafaro; her brother George Lawlor; and her son John Matthew Cafaro.

She is survived by : her sister Ruth Lorusso; her children, Elise Maher (late John), Teresa Kramer (Jay), Mary Galvin (Paul), Daniel Cafaro (Cindy Morrissey), Thomas Cafaro and Michael Cafaro; and her grandchildren, Kathryn, Emily, Alexandra Maher, Kyle, Caroline, William Kramer, Shane, Savannah Galvin, Brendan and Julia Cafaro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Child Church (4747 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10312).
