He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Cappello; and his son Pietro Cappello. He is survived by: his daughters, Cristina Zito (Benny) of Winter Garden, FL, Iggie Rasmussen (Mark) of Monroe Twp, NJ and Lisa Cappello of New York, NY; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Joseph, Christopher, Julianna, Jack, Luke and Chloe.
