It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Martin Ballard of Staten Island, New York, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Ballard and John Ballard. He is survived by: his son Allen Booker; and his siblings, Robert Browning, Timothy Avery and Chaunte Allen.
