He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughter Christina D'Agostino; his son-in-law Joseph D'Agostino; his granddaughter Charlotte D'Agostino; his siblings, Ricardo Serra (Mary), Sandra Lazides (Rudy), Debra Serra, Catherine Maj (Michael), Joseph Walsh (Dianne Lizzio) and Teresa Walsh; and his sister-in-law Doreen Gliebe (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
