It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William Liedy (Staten Island, New York), who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth M. Liedy and Charles J. Liedy; and his siblings, Charles J. Liedy Jr. and Audrey C. Frisch. He is survived by: his wife Diane Liedy (Dowie); his son James W. Liedy Jr.; his siblings, Bernadette Smith, Veronica Reardon, Lenaye McGill, Lorene Tarloff and Larry Liedy; and his siblings-in-law, Lenny Tarloff, Jon Dowie and Doni Dowie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
