She was predeceased by: her parents, Cole Doty and Dorothy Doty (Jandro). She is survived by: her husband Warren S. Nelson; her children, Kristy (Brian Horos) of Hopewell Junction and Keith (Dorene Nelson) of Hopewell Junction; and her grandchildren, Cole, Kari, Kaleigh, Emma, Aidan and Jenna.

Donations may be made in memory of Jill to The Norman Nelson Memorial Scholarship Fund.
