She was predeceased by: her husband Francis J. Meyer; and her sister Arlene Clark. She is survived by: her children, Joanne (John), Steven (Diane), Robert (Lily-Ann), Francis (Kathy) and James Meyer (Jennifer). She is also survived by grandmother to her 11 grandchildren.

Having just lost our mother Arlene ,Joan’s only sister, A few months ago I understand the pain of this loss.
