He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Forsyth (Bertucci); his daughters, Caitlin Patricia Forsyth and Kimberly Jean Forsyth; his siblings, Timothy Forsyth (Susan Murphy), Nancy Forsyth and James Michael Forsyth; and his pets, Brinkley, Zack, Harley and Dolce. He is also survived by grandfather to his daughter.
