He was predeceased by: his parents, June Alma and James Hafferkamp; and his brothers, Carl and Bernie. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Marchese; his sons, Louis (Lauren), John Jr. (Randi) and Steven (Jane); his grandchildren, Gunnar, Kyle, Hannah, Corey and Lexie; his sisters, May Rapcavage (late Michael) and Lynn Decastro (late Amante); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Shively (Jay), Vivian Marchese and Louis Marchese. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
