He is survived by: his mother Anna D'Agostino; his wife Francesca D'Agostino; his sons, Nicholas (Jamie) and Joseph D'Agostino; his stepchildren, Hank (Lauren), Rose Anne and Gina (Frederick); and his grandchildren, Guilia, Taylor, Alberto, Henry, Frederick, Hailee and Concetta. He is also survived by his extended family, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Resurrection-Ascension Church (85-26 61st Rd, Rego Park, NY 11374).
