He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Johnsen and Arnold Johnsen; and his wife Laura Johnsen (Morea). He is survived by: his sister Judith Stapleton; his nephew Michael Stapleton; his niece Kathryn Montanaro (Anthony); and his cousin Kathy Sullivan (Ed). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
