She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Frances Williams and Harold Blackwell Sr. of Haverstraw, NY.; her daughter Mary Cooper (DeeDee); her daughter-in-law Grace Cole; her grandchildren, Rahsul Cooper, Raeneece Rivera and Raschel Cooper-Isaac; her great grandchildren, Daniel Cooper, Latrell and Marquis Thompson; her husband Kenneth Cooper Sr.; and also Isiah Livingston. She was also cherished by nieces, and nephews, cousins, special friends.
