She is survived by: her husband Patrick O'Connell; her children, Michael, Patrick, Thomas and Matthew O'Connell; her daughters-in-law, Marjorie, Joy and Sarah O'Connell; her siblings, Francis and Martin Grady; her sisters-in-law, Laura and Barbara Grady; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Michael, Jr., Giana and Patrick, Jr.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
