She was predeceased by: her siblings, Emma Simone-Daidone and Frank Simone. She is survived by: her husband Antonio; and her parents, Pasquale and Josepina. She is also survived by numerous nieces, her nephew, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Maria's memory, honoring her courageous battle with the disease and her commitment to helping others facing similar challenges.
