He is survived by: his parents, Joanne Garvey and Walter Garvey (Bebe); his sibling Kelly Baronick (Mike); his nephews, Dylan and Michael (Kaitlynn); and his great-nephew Emerson Joan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in Michael's memory may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the A.S.P.C.A.
