He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence P. Fitzpatrick and Anna Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Lawrence P. Fitzpatrick, John J. Fitzpatrick, Mary E. Fitzpatrick and Margaret Fitzpatrick.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Fitzpatrick; his son Michael Sean Fitzpatrick, Jr.; and his siblings, Ann Boltz, Andrew Fitzpatrick, Joseph, Josephine Fitzpatrick and Thomas Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by twenty-five nieces and nephews, scores of great nieces and nephews and thirteen great-great nieces and nephews.
