He is survived by: his parents, Joe Monaco Sr. and Elizabeth Monaco; his brothers, Louis and Joseph Monaco Jr.; his sister-in-law Sirius Monaco; and his niece Olivia Monaco.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2819 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at 61 New Dorp Ln, Staten Island, NY 10306.
