He is survived by : his wife Dr. Marianne LaBarbera; his sons, John Minardo (Jeffrey), Philip G. Minardo Jr. (Tara), Brian Minardo (Marissa) and Steven Fuentes; his grandchildren, Philip G. Minardo III, Isla Rose Minardo, Chloe Grace Minardo, Laila Joan Minardo, Grace Marie Minardo and Brian Richard Minardo; and his brothers, Anthony Minardo (Carol) and Dr. Michael Minardo (Sandra).

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart R. C. Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
