He is survived by: his wife Dr. Marianne LaBarbera; his sons, John Minardo (Jeffrey), Philip G. Minardo Jr. (Tara), Brian Minardo (Marissa) and Steven Fuentes; his grandchildren, Philip G. Minardo III, Isla Rose Minardo, Chloe Grace Minardo, Laila Joan Minardo, Grace Marie Minardo and Brian Richard Minardo; and his brothers, Anthony Minardo (Carol) and Dr. Michael Minardo (Sandra).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made to St.Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
