He is survived by: his foster parent Francina Fredericks of Springville; his wife Sharon Smalls; his children, Reggie, Charlene Nesbit of Johnson City, Michelle Nesbit of North Carolina, Reginald Scott Williams of Seattle and Jesse Dennis Williams of Johnson City; his granddaughter Evelyn Clarke of Johnson City, NY; his parents-in-law, Williams Smalls and Anna Smalls of New Rochelle; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Barbry of White Plains and Jackie Smalls of Mount Vernon; and his nephew Marcel Bullock of White Plains. He is also survived by relatives; friends and family.
