With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rose Gerace (Staten Island, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2024 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benedetto Fioriello and Maria Colosuonno; and her husbands, William Pfister and Frank Gerace. She is survived by: her children, Edward Pfister (Carol Jo Nelson) and Bernadette Sullivan (Daniel); her sister Mary Spadaro (Joseph); and her grandchildren, Ted Pfister, Tracy Turner, Daniel Sullivan and Kim Justesen.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, reflecting Rose's lifelong compassion and generosity.
