With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth LaGattuta of Staten Island, New York, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Ruth departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ruth. Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harmon Funeral Home (571 Forest Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Peters Cemetery (52 Tyler Ave, Staten Island, NY 10310).
