She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fontana and Amelia Fontana. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Nicole (Joe), Michael (Alyssa) and Jennifer (Charlie); her siblings, Antoinette (Harry) and Danny (Anna); and her grandchildren, Charlie, Nicole, Carmela, Amelia, Joey and Ashley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
