He is survived by: his former wife Jarda Crane; his children, Barbara Hyland (Tim), Lynne Bailey (Tommy) and Bill Bailey Jr. (Janet); his grandchildren, Christina Didia, Jonathan Didia, Nikki Lynne McColgan, Liam Bailey and Lauren Bailey; and his siblings, Richard Bailey and Carolyn Ellison.
