He is survived by: his parents, Neil Sprague, Sr. and Judith Mullett of Pittsfield; his wife Heather Sprague; his stepson Damien of Stephentown, NY; his stepmother Kathy Sprague of Dalton; his daughters, Marisa and Maddie; and his siblings, Neil Sprague, Jr. (Kim), Debra Ferreira (Eddie), Kala Adams (Shane) and Cary Giguere (Kristin). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
