She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Arcouet and Helen Arcouet (Kregler); her husband Edward J. Demick, Sr.; her brother Harold "Hal" Arcouet; and her son Edward J. "Eddie" Demick, Jr. (Veronica).
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Griswold (Douglas) of Stephentown, Karen Deiana of Stephentown, Lisa Purdy (John) of Stephentown and Christopher Demick (Christine) of Stephentown; and her grandchildren, Trisha, Lindsey, Kayla, Kara, Kelsey, Brent of Tyler, T. J., Josh, Scott, Stephen and Tina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hall & Higgins Funeral Home (457 NY-43, Stephentown, NY 12168). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (458 NY-43, Stephentown, NY 12168).
