He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard J. Lyon and Merle Hopkins Lyon; his wife Rosalie Graham Lyon; and his sisters, Carrie Buettner and Beverly Halstead.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Lyon (Julie) of Oswego, Deborah Trionfero (Kenneth) of Oswego and Amy Schleifer (Brad) of Williamsville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
