He was predeceased by: his parents, William Zukovsky and Mildred Zukovsky; and his son John Micheal (Jean). He is survived by: his spouse Beverly "Jean"; and his children, David Clifford, Terry Lynn and Shari Lee. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
