It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thaddeus Richard Duda of Sterling, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Duda and Genevieve Zaborowski Duda; and his grandchildren, Julianna Grace Usiatynski and Arel Anthony Usiatynski. He is survived by: his wife Judith Joy Duda; his children, Kathleen Usiatynski (Casmir), Deborah Porter (Eric), Sarah Duda-Kosnik (Kevin) and John Richard Duda; his grandchildren, Katrina Usiatynski Bouldin (Jared), Sophia Usiatynski, Alyssa Bialek (Ben), Nathan Porter, Rachel Porter, Katelyn Porter, Logan Kosnik and Kalvin Kosnik; his great grandchild Analia Joy Bouldin; and his siblings, Barbara J. Zebo, David Duda (Debby) and James Larry Duda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
