It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Mildred Schell of Stillwater, New York, born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred and Cecelia (Baker); her husband Warren; her sons-in-law, Tom Antolick and Fred Stay; her great grandchild Colby Batchelder; and her siblings, Mary, Ceil, Shirley, Robert, William and Frederick.

She is survived by : her siblings, Patricia, Beverly, Madeline, Elizabeth, Carol and Gail; her cousin Warren Schell of Altamont; her daughters, Kathy Antolick (Peter McLaughlin), Patty Stay and Sharon Mahar (Jeff); her grandchildren, Susan Morrison (Dave), Scott Antolick (Tara), Kristen Batchelder (Charles Smith), Toby Stay (Joanna), Taylor Stay (Bev), Shane Mahar (Amanda), Brady Mahar (Donna) and Trevor Stay; and her great grandchildren, Scott Carter Antolick, Jordan Lichtenberger, Elizabeth Batchelder, Jesse, Tanner Stay, Evan, Keegan Antolick, Easton, Zyler Stay, Jack, Emma, Nina and Lana Mahar.
