He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Perkins and Anne Dunn Perkins Sr.; and his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Vernon "Joe" Perkins Jr. (Julie Anderson), Colleen Cambage (Mike), John "Jape" Perkins (Karen), Kelli Alonzo (Dave Fusco) and Michael Perkins; and his aunts, Rosemary Garland, Donna and Mary Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
