He is survived by: his mother Judith Brooks Charles; his brother Shawn Charles of Cottekill; his niece Kayla Charles of Stone Ridge; his cousins, Pamela Turner and Anthony Brooks; his aunt Frances Smith of Kingston; and his uncle Bill Brooks of Rosendale. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
