She is survived by: her daughters, AnnRose Rathmann (Michael), Deirdre Guerin (Michael) and Cathleen Shannon (Cory); her granddaughters, Mikayla Guerin and Caitlin Guerin; her cousin Carol Polke; and her nephews, Robert Polke (Marybeth), Christopher Polke (Elizabeth) and Brian Polke (Lori). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
