We bid farewell to Assunta Scroggs of Stony Point, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 14, 2025 at the age of 88. Assunta touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Palombo and Catherine Riccardi Palombo; her husband Robert Scroggs; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay Rivera (Lee) of Stony Point, Anthony Casareale of Yonkers, Theresa Tavolacci of Beacon and Connie Casareale of Kingston; and her grandchildren, Robert, Nicole Dunn, Anthony, Joseph, Christopher, Francesca Casareale, Erica Tavolacci, Brittany Peck and Jason Totten. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
