It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Cronin of Stony Point, New York, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Joanne departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joanne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joanne leaves behind.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc. (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church (25 Cinder Rd, Garnerville, NY 10923).
