It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Kelly of Stony Point, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie and John; and his siblings, John Kelly and Nancy O'Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Kelly; his children, Tracey Blum (Daniel), Kevin Kelly, Patrick Kelly (Nancy), Jennifer Lincoln (Tucker), Sheila Coyle (Dan) and Andrew Kelly (Colleen); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Andrew Blum, Aidan, Ava Kelly, Erin, Patrick, Thomas Kelly, Molly, Annie Lincoln, Liam, Christopher, Kelly Coyle, Morgan, Katie and Jack Kelly; his great grandchild Reagan Kelly; and his siblings, Eileen Walker and Michael Kelly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Birthright of Rockland County, Nanuet, New York.
