He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Waters and Doris Avery Waters. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl; his daughter Heather; his son-in-law Tom; his son Bobby; his daughter-in-law Tara; his grandchildren, Brayden, Madison and Braxton; and his sisters, Jeannie, Dawn, Abbie and Jamie. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
