He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Petro and Michael Petro; and his significant other Winnie. He is survived by: his children, Deanna Eibert (Pete), Mark Petro (Renee) and Fred Petro (Patricia); his grandchildren, Joseph Petro (Karolina), Michael Petro (Megan), Shelby Petro (Tim Walker), Shanon Eibert (Jay Francis), Elizabeth Eibert and Anthony Petro (Alasia Tolliver); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Liam, Eva and Amelia; and his brother Ed. He is also survived by the 12 brothers and sisters.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edward C. Finn Funeral Home (43 E Main St, Stony Point, NY 10980). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
