He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Pugh and Rose Pugh (Soldano); his brother Chuck; and his father-in-law Al Kaiser. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Thomas Jr. and Kristina Alfonso (Dennis); his grandchildren, Isabella, Logan and Devon; his siblings, Jeanine Brunas (John), Robert Pugh (Barbara) and Joseph Pugh (Cathy); his mother-in-law Doris Kaiser; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Kaiser and Al Kaiser (Gabriella). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Thomas's memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSKCC).
