With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert E. Morse Sr. of Stratford, New York, born in Little Falls, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Morse and Marie Morse (Sargent); his wife Sarah E. Morse (Peet); his son Shane Morse; his siblings, David Morse (Arlene), Mary Louise Keyser (Frank), Wanda Barton (John), Duane Morse, Frank Morse and Shirley Barnett; his sister-in-law Joanne Morse; and his parents-in-law, Leland and Linda Nichols.
He is survived by: his significant other June Morse (Nichols); his children, Annamarie (Bill Prosser) of Mohawk, Robert E. Morse, Jr. (Jeanmarie) and Amanda (Bryan Rosales) of Schenectady; his grandchildren, Taylor (Quinn Morse) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Caitlyn Prosser (Aidan Pitas) of Farmington and Cordell Prosser (Mary Snyder) of Rome; his great grandchildren, Liam Morse and Harrison Morse; his brother Richard Morse of Virginia; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Morse of Dolgeville, Diana Borst (Paul) of Dolgeville and Sandra Dillenbeck (Chet). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, cousins.
Bob was loved by many and showed generosity by donating his time to raise money for multiple fundraising benefits.
