He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Winslow Peltz (Sully) and George Mifflin Dallas Peltz; his brother William Leslie Sully, Jr.; his uncle Alexander; and his aunt Elizabeth Hamilton of Tuxedo.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Vermeer Peltz; his daughters, Alexandra Peltz of Washington, D. C., Maria Kennedy (Thomas) of Westport, Conn., Nancy Marshall Shanfelt (Brad) of Greenville and S. C.; his grandchildren, Grace, Hugh and Sorel Kennedy; his brother A. Winslow Sully (Barbara) of Pasadena, MD; his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Sully of Las Vegas and Richard Vermeer (Grace) of Montgomery, TX.; and his cousin Ann Harris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
