She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Martin and Elisabeth Martin-Ziegler. She is survived by: her sister Suzy Martin; her husband Charles Haward; her daughter Marlyse Frieda; her son-in-law Alexander; her grandchildren, Colette, Celine and Charlie Sawyer; her great grandchild Colette Lucie; and also, Kabeer, Vivienne and Justin Duggal.

Donations can be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
