He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Rao and Anthony Rao; and his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his sister Rose "Cookie" Karlson; and his children, Donna (Rich) and Anthony (Josephine). He is also survived by nephews, cousins, friends.
