He was predeceased by: his parents, William Christie and Edythe Christie; his sister Lisa Ann; and his nephew Derek Roe. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Nicholas, Frederick, Nikkeya and Haylie; his siblings, William Christie Jr. (Debbie) of Summit, NY, James Christie (Cindy) of Downsville, NY, Patricia VanValen (Jim) of Kings Mt, NC, Debbie Clinton (George) of Highland, NY and Edie Cooke (David) of Yonkers, NY.; his sister-in-law Josephine Krause (Charlie) of Worcester, NY.; and his siblings' children, Vincent, Christopher, Alexander, Jonny, Joshua, Jeremiah, Vanessa, Taylor, Jenny, Avery and Libby.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dodson Branch Freewill Baptist Church (285 Old Dodson Branch Rd, Cookeville, TN 38501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Summit Fire Department (2912 NY-10, Richmondville, NY 12175).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to assist with funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home's business office.
