He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lerner (Hershel) and Selina Hauslinger Lerner (Sarah); his wife Goldie Furman; his son Steven; and his siblings, Louis, Jack and Bella.
He is survived by: his children, Jerrold (Jaye Nydick) and Barbara Lerner (William Fersch); and his grandchildren, Joe (Samantha), Jacob (Shannon Cilento), Max (Claire) and Claire. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
