It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Brady Rhodehouse of Syosset, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Mary departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mary. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Robert Brady and Kevin Rhodehouse (Susan); and her grandchildren, Jessica Banerjee (Anupam), Robert W. Brady, Paul Brady (Sarah Perlee) and Kyle Rhodehouse.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beney Funeral Home (79 Berry Hill Rd, Syosset, NY 11791). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church (205 Jackson Ave, Syosset, NY 11791).
